Labor Day Extended Weekend for the Non-Custodial Parent

The custodial parent wrapped up the end of August and we are on the first Friday of the month which is September 3rd for the non-custodial parent. That weekend extends an extra day into the following Monday for the non-custodial parent because of Labor Day. There is a provision in your custodial order that talks about a federal holiday so for the non-custodial parent, you will get an extra day for your first weekend of the month. The third Friday of the month is September 17th and again, the non-custodial parent will have all of the Thursday periods of possession.
