Heeee\’s back! It\’s me again, Chris, Divorce Simplified. Back for another monthly installment of the Texas standard possession order for under 100 miles. Hello, everyone. Welcome to October and the standard possession order. It looks like we\’ve got a pretty simple month, this week. One holiday, but it falls on an off weekend under the standard possession order. So we are just going to have our kind of standard weekly and weekday and weekend visitation schedule.
Hi, Chris Schmiedeke of Divorced Simplified. So the kids are back in school, and it\’s almost September, so where are we in the Standard Possession Order for Texas? So this is a pretty standard month in that we are not going to have a fifth weekend of the month. So you are going to, if you are the visiting parent or the noncustodial parent, you are going to have a Friday the 4th and Friday the 18th will be your weekends for possession. Along those lines, I still get questions from people that get confused about the weekend possessions thinking they get the first, third, and fifth weekends of the month.
